Another new arrival at Total Medcare!

Recently, our PillPacPlus Service Engineer Adam Sloan travelled to London to set up a cutting-edge Global Factories MDM 1 camera at Total Medcare Pharmacy.

Total Medcare continues to raise the bar for service excellence. Following the recent acquisition of the Yuyama Proud Neo 400 pouching robot, aimed at providing enhanced care for their community and nursing home patients.

Now, they've integrated an optical camera into their process. This addition enhances efficiency and reinforces safety protocols within the pharmacy.

The following week they received a visit from PillPacPlus's Specialist Training Pharmacist, Michele. During her visit, Michele demonstrated to the team how to use the camera to optimise their pouch production and check out process.
